Once you have received the product(s), exchange of products will be unavailable.
If you placed an order and want to cancel it, an email must be sent to info@ ekosilicone.com , within 24 hours. If you contact us anytime after 24 hours and the package has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipment fees for the return. Cannot be returned if opened.
All the sales are final and no refunds are made unless there is a manufacturer defect, OR cancellation of an order within 24 hours.
